The series of Open type automatic TIG welding machine can can implement automatic welding of metal materials such as stainless steel, cold rolled sheets, aluminum and so on. It is also the ideal special device of welding for solar water heater, electric water heater, stainless steel products, metal bellows, etc.

Equipment is made of steel plate, special steel and other materials after heat treatment and machining process, etc.Welding travel carriage parts: use 110V DC 24W permanent magnet servo motor as the tool of driven. By the two stage turbine vortex rod can reduce speed to obtain a smooth and continuously adjustable speed. The car can drive a TIG torch for uniform linear motion. Before the formal welding, the welding torch and welding seam keep parallel, consistent with the level (can adjustable “adjusting bolt”, carefully corrected, and tighten the rail).
